Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

I cannot accept returns or refund any order that was already packaged and shipped. Large orders will be sent with a tracking number. Small orders will not typically have tracking available. I reserve the right to include as many or as little bonus seeds in your order as I choose. But there will always be bonus seeds.

Order confirmations are sent via email at the time of purchase. Please check your spam or clutter folder if you do not receive an order confirmation. A second email confirmation is sent when the order is sent. I do not offer rush or priority shipping; packaging and shipping can take anywhere from 3-10 days between the time you place your order and receive your order. During sales or promotional periods, orders sometimes get backlogged and delays can be slightly longer. Sometimes shipping can be delayed due to delays from the shipper; postal delays are outside of my control.

If you do not receive your order or if you receive the incorrect or an incomplete order, please contact me at missouridadgrower@gmail.com so that I can attempt to resolve the issue.

Refunds

If you inadvertently place an order, please contact me so that I can issue a refund before fulfilling your order. Any orders that are already packaged and shipped cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
